    Every pro passes an ID and selfie check before they can send a single quote.

  • A start code for every booking

    Each appointment has its own 4-digit code, so you both know the right person is at the door.

  • Your details stay private

    Before you book, pros see your first name, suburb and rough distance. Phone numbers stay masked — chat and call in the app.

  • Share your appointment

    Send the who, where and when to a trusted contact. There’s a safety button on the day.

  • Patch tests built in

    Lash adhesive, tint and hair colour need a patch test first. The app keeps track of it for you.

  • Sensitive details, locked

    Allergies and scalp, skin or nail conditions are shared only when you say so. Nothing is ticked for you.

Good to know.

Does it cost anything to post a request?

No. Posting never charges anything. You only pay the R200 holding deposit the first time you accept a quote.

Is the deposit taken off my bill?

No. The deposit stays on your balance and is never part of the price. After each appointment you pay the full quote by saved card. When you have no bookings or requests open, you can withdraw the deposit to your card.

What if I need to cancel?

It’s free until 24 hours before your appointment. After that, R100 comes off your deposit. If you don’t show up, the full R200 does.

How many quotes will I get?

Up to five per request. A quote is valid for 48 hours, so you have time to compare.

What if something goes wrong?

You have 7 days after the appointment to raise a dispute from the booking. A person on our support team reviews it.

When does ShapShap launch?

We’re launching soon with hair, nails, makeup, and lashes and brows. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when we open near you.

I’m a pro. What does it cost me?

Sending a quote costs credits — you see how many before you send. When a job is completed there’s a 10% service fee, shown on every quote. No monthly fee.
